  • Bolivar Creek offers independent retirement living for active and independent seniors. For those who require more support, Park Place also offers assisted/supportive care and long-term care residences.   • Subsidized rooms or beds are those partially funded by the government and partially funded by the resident. Private pay suites are fully paid for by the resident. For more information on how to apply for subsidized care, visit our Subsidized Care page.

  • Absolutely. We welcome and encourage family visits – staying connected with loved ones is an important part of life at Bolivar Creek. Whether it’s sharing a meal, celebrating a special occasion, or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon together, our open gathering spaces and welcoming atmosphere make it easy for your family to feel at home when they visit.

  • Yes, small pets are welcome! Our retirement residence is pet-friendly. Residents are responsible for the care of their loyal companions, and pets must be leashed at all times in common areas. To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that pets stay out of shared spaces during activity times and are not brought into dining areas.

  • Our location offers condo-style living and is not furnished, which means you can decorate your suite how you like!
